Hotel Los Leones

All good.

The gentleman was kind, but we left without staying even one night, though we'd booked two. Our room hadn't been made up when we arrived. The mattress covers were filthy, the pillows looked like generations of guests had used them, and there was dust everywhere. The shower was absolutely disgusting, with a piece of wood in it. Don't lift it. It was so grim that even animals wouldn't shower there. The cleanliness was unsanitary.

The staff were very friendly, and both the location and parking were great. Whenever we took the car out, we could park again right by the hotel entrance. We stayed for two nights. But the room was extremely dirty, with so much dust it seemed not to have been cleaned for weeks or months. We're allergic to dust, so you can imagine how that went. The bathroom was dirty too, with hair everywhere and even fingernails on the floor. My son also found two pills of who-knows-what in the bedside table drawer. It made me think they might change the towels, perhaps the sheets, and little else, since the floor and dust seemed untouched.

I can't really give it a rating. The room was dusty, so we cleaned it ourselves because of our allergies, and the bathroom sink was filthy. The window had been left open and there was a wasp in the room. They also left the key in the door while we were out.
