We really wanted to stay at this hotel, so this was a huge letdown. A few days ago, we asked about a room for August and they sent us an offer. I confirmed and politely asked how to pay, only to be told they were sorry, but had no availability. They should have said that before sending an offer. It’s unbelievable and very disappointing. This is a no-go for us. Never again.

Right by the beach, with lots of restaurants close by, so it was easy to enjoy Peñíscola and all the services around it. My partner and I stayed here for our summer holiday and had a great time. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, a renovated bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. I’ve attached a photo of the view. The staff gave us a warm welcome too. A lovely choice for a few days as a couple.

We’ll definitely come back. It’s a family-run place right on the beachfront, and the service was exceptionally friendly. Our room was spacious, renovated and had everything we needed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and very reasonably priced. At lunch they serve a daily set menu with plenty of homemade dishes, all absolutely delicious. I’d really recommend booking a room facing the beach. It’s a treat.
