Hotel Tio Pepe

I emailed at 3 PM to confirm I’d be arriving late, after making a reservation. When I got there late as stated, they rudely told me the hotel was closed. A really poor experience.

The room was so small, with just one window looking into the building, that it got almost no natural light and little fresh air. The air conditioner only had one air intake, which made the room feel uncomfortable and badly ventilated. For a two-star hotel, my stay was disappointing. They should also provide two room cards for couples. With just one, if one person goes out while the other wants to rest or keep a phone charging in the room, that doesn’t work, since removing the card cuts all the electricity. It can also make getting back into the hotel difficult at certain hours if the person leaving has the only card. I strongly suggest management leave at least two cards in each room. It’s a small change that would make staying here much more practical and comfortable.

I rarely give a restaurant five stars, but Tio Pepe earned them. The paella was the best I’ve ever had, and it was delicious. Service was really good and so were the prices. Keep up the good work.

The food was amazing, and the service was great. The toilets were very clean, and it’s a family-friendly place. Restaurants around the village get full, so we were lucky to get the last table here at 13h. We arrived then and paid for the full menu, two Cokes and two coffees to finish.
