The owner’s kindness and respect for others really stood out, and he seems keen to make guests’ stays peaceful and enjoyable. He’s gradually improving the rooms, too. He said he’ll soon offer airport pick-up and scenic drives to well-known places in Petrer, Alicante, and Benidorm, at what he described as unbeatable prices.

Jose is attentive and looks after everyone around the clock, and the common areas are spacious. The central location is easy to reach, and there’s a terrace for sunbathing. The place is already very pleasant, though it could use a bit more remodeling. I wish more five-star hotels in Spain offered this kind of service.

The Wi-Fi is terrible, and the house is open day and night. I found everything dirty and old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower only had cold water. In winter, you’re bound to catch pneumonia. The man is a liar, too. I left as soon as I could, and he didn’t even refund part of what I paid.

The room was lovely, clean, and quiet, even though the bathroom was shared. The owner was kind and always ready to help.
