When it rains, there's no cover at the entrance, so you get soaked. The room has no fridge and only one rubbish bin, in the bathroom. Online the price is shown as €50-65, but at the hotel the breakfast charge doubles if there's more than one person.

We picked this place for three nights while four of us explored Madrid's amusement parks, and it left us wishing we'd paid closer attention to the bad reviews. In our second, supposedly more luxurious room, the extra seemed to buy space and a mini sofa, but the room's decor still felt bleak compared with the appealing photos. The hotel is far from Pinto train stop, so getting to the city center or Warner Madrid Park turned into an adventure. At least the grocery store across the road sold fresh fruit and crisp bread at reasonable prices, unlike the hotel's breakfast. For 15 euros per day, breakfast came with bread fit for Pharaoh Tutankhamun's tomb, hard cakes and croissants, and fruit so overripe it seemed to remember being seeds. The hotel has a high rating, which is hard to understand. The entrance felt like a bazaar selling water, beer, posters, clothes, and even the hotel's bath towels. Maybe that's aimed at parents who can't say no to their kids. Our bathroom had a strong smell of old plumbing and wear. We slept with the bathroom door shut and the windows open. The rooms looked as though they'd been decorated for a post-apocalyptic novel. The cleaning service was impeccable, and the cleaning lady was a ray of sunshine. The shower in our extra-cost 'luxury' room was decent. The mattresses were soft enough, but the pillows weren't. It was a memorable stay, just not in a good way, and it's a shame we spent our money here. Next time we visit Spain, we'll read negative reviews more carefully. Think twice, or three times, before booking. A tent might be just as comfortable and would certainly be cheaper.

It's a nice, fairly new and clean hotel, and the room was functional with a great design. Breakfast was fine, but don't expect a feast. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, then it's 30 minutes by train to Sol station, which may not work for everyone. Our only complaint during the long stay was the lack of laundry facilities. The travel agency's ad specifically promised them, so we had to wash everything by hand. There was a laundromat five minutes away, but we didn't use it.

The room and bathroom were modern and very nice, and it was good value for the money. It's a great base for Parque Warner and close to a bus stop for getting into Madrid city center. I'd stay again and recommend it to a friend.

The hotel garage is tight. We couldn't fit our Transporter in, and there were no other empty parking spots nearby, so we ended up parking 4-5 km away. The rooms were good, breakfast was good enough, and the staff were very helpful. Still worth staying.
