The setting is quiet and close to Fornells port, with lovely scenery, though getting to beaches on the south coast takes about 25-30 minutes each way. The facilities were acceptable for the early booking price, and the food was fine. But the sand near Tirant beach is dark and covered with a lot of uncleared seaweed, and we found ants inside the facilities. We had a frustrating time getting clear information from reception. At check-in, we were told there would be no cleaning or towel changes during our 7-night stay unless towels were “very dirty.” When we asked for fresh bath towels on Tuesday, staff said they cost €3. We had also paid €6 to rent a pool towel, but the deposit was never returned at checkout, and no one had mentioned that beforehand. Getting the pool towel took several days and at least five trips to the desk. Each time, we were told to come back later, only to be given another time when it still wasn't ready. Then on Wednesday, the flat was cleaned and the towels changed without any warning, despite what we'd been told. All-inclusive covered three meals a day, with no snacks and the same desserts every day. The bar and restaurant seemed short-staffed, there was no entertainment, parking was limited, and the front desk staff generally weren't very helpful or clear.

We only got here about 10 minutes ago, but already wanted to leave a nice comment. The room is lovely, the pool is nice, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. For the price, this is one of the best deals we've had. The reception staff are really sweet.

The pool was never too crowded, and there were plenty of loungers. From there the views over the sea and distant hills were fantastic. The road nearby didn't bother us at all: it's quiet, and you can hardly see it from the pool unless you're walking around. Our family of four was very happy with the roomy, clean accommodation. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The place is quiet, but we went exploring and found plenty to see and do in the evenings. Bus stops for nearby villages and towns are within walking distance, and taxis are easy to get. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so can't comment on the food. The bar serves drinks and ice creams during the day and evening. There are two well-stocked supermarkets within walking distance, with everything you might need, though prices are a little high.

The area is lovely if you want quiet and scenery, and we had a great stay. Most of the staff were brilliant. The decor could use an update, and a bit more choice at meals would be welcome, especially if you're not keen on fish.

We liked it enough to stay here twice. Both visits were walk-ins without a reservation, and each time we got a lovely, clean studio. On the second stay, we had a sea view too. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and honestly, the rating should be higher.
