Relaxia Lanzasur- All Inclusive

It’s about a five-minute walk to a nice beach, and roughly 20 minutes to a tourist-trap style high street. The resort itself is a well-designed collection of villas with plenty of space between them. The main reception area is spacious, and the staff will do anything for you. The food selection was solid, with a good mix of healthy dishes, beige options for kids and live cooking. Nothing too bland or adventurous. The snack bar was open for most of the day, so there was no need to sneak pastries at breakfast. It had burgers, hot dogs, stone-baked pizza, salads, fruit and ice cream. Drinks were the usual all-inclusive spirits, beers and wines. Ask for what you want and you can get a decent drink.

The entertainment was really good, with lots of activities to join, and a programme full of nice things. They made us feel very welcome. Special compliments to Kate and Simone for the fire show, it was very cool and epic! We spent a week here with our family. The weather was good, although some mornings were a little cloudy before the sun usually came through. The room was good. Food was sometimes a bit cold, but fine the rest of the time.

The water park was fantastic, and the beach, shops and restaurants were just a four-minute walk away. The heated pool was a big bonus, and the children loved the evening entertainment, with plenty for them to do. The pool entertainment crew were fun without pushing activities too much. Relaxia is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, with a different themed menu each night. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing week at Lanzasur Club Lanzarote with my wife, our children aged seven and three, and my parents-in-law. They booked at the last minute, and the hotel kindly arranged for our bungalows to be close together when I asked shortly before we arrived. That made the family holiday even better. The resort is clean and well maintained, and staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s a great place for families with young children, and we’d gladly return. The heated pool, toddler pool and larger regular pool were all available, plus access to the water park was included. It had all-inclusive drinks through the day and food at lunchtime, which was a nice bonus. The food was good and varied, with themed dinners, a large buffet and live cooking each day, so there was something for everyone. The children had a fantastic time, especially with the enthusiastic animation team. They worked hard to involve guests in daily activities like football, darts, axe throwing and archery. They even came around the pool to invite people, which helped create a friendly, fun atmosphere.
