Paradiso Garden Hotel

The beach is close by, and breakfast was good. The staff were really friendly, and our room was spotless, though quite small. We came with family hoping for a quiet break, but large groups of mostly German men took over the hotel and we were woken on many nights by people coming back at all hours. It didn't feel like a family hotel, and for what we paid, I didn't think it was good value. There was very little evening entertainment.

We loved unwinding by the pool, with plenty of loungers and a well-kept area. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and the hotel is quiet enough to relax. Our room was modern and spotless, especially nice with its balcony facing the pool. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful from check-in onward. We felt comfortable throughout and would gladly return. A stylish place to stay in Mallorca.

We enjoyed the hotel's lovely look, and the front desk team were friendly and helpful throughout. They quickly moved us when our first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, possibly from someone smoking on the balcony. We had to move once more for the rest of the stay, which wasn't convenient, but I appreciated them doing what they could with the rooms available. The other issue came at breakfast. I asked the woman making eggs whether pancakes would be served because of my dietary restrictions. She rolled her eyes, then brought out a fresh tray. It seemed to me the pancakes were already made and just needed to be put out, so her reaction felt unnecessary and left a bad impression. We'd been traveling around Spain for 16 days and stayed in many hotels. This is the only review I've written, because that interaction really disappointed me.

The staff were wonderful everywhere we dealt with them, from reception and the lobby bar to breakfast and housekeeping. Food was excellent too. We enjoyed dinner, and breakfast was especially good, with a great selection and service until 1 PM. The pool area had a fun atmosphere, fair drink prices, lots of sunbeds even later in the day, and DJ sets on Thursdays and Saturdays. We paid €330 a night for a week in a swim-up room. The Chromecast didn't work, and the beds felt like rollaways that kept sliding apart. We managed to fix that ourselves, but sleeping wasn't very comfortable. Noise was the main problem. Groups in nearby rooms, mostly German partygoers, shouted until 2 AM and tossed cans from the upper floors into our private pool. They have since moved out. We contacted reception yesterday. It still seemed like they were partying, but reception followed up today and said the group had been warned. We hope the last two nights are quieter. We came as a couple to rest and felt out of place. People running around naked, yelling at girls from balconies, or too drunk to walk properly crossed a line for us. The hotel has potential, but it should make clear whether it's for partying or a peaceful break. Separate areas for young groups, a night guard, or stricter quiet hours could help. If the noise and behavior were addressed, we'd absolutely come back. As things are now, it's not ideal for couples wanting to relax.
