We went off season for a weekend and were really impressed with the service and facilities. It was our first time in Palma, so I did a lot of hotel research before choosing Pure Salt - Garonda based on the good reviews. Manu welcomed us for our late check-in, was very friendly, and explained the facilities and the breakfast buffet and spa hours. He also generously upgraded us to a sea-view room. The hotel was very clean, and its signature scent smells amazing. Breakfast was superb, with hot food, cereals, bread, pastries, fruit, cold cuts and cheese. The spa was great too, with a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The location worked perfectly, about an 8-minute drive from the airport and close to some very good restaurants. We're already looking forward to booking the same place again, and will definitely recommend it to friends. Kudos to the Pure Salt Garonda team!

Manu greeted my husband and me at the entrance when we arrived on 1/11/25, welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room. Everyone on staff was professional and helpful. When we asked for a sea-view upgrade, Manu arranged it quickly and Nadia made sure we moved without delay. We also had a great experience with the spa staff during our massage, and Pedro always served our drinks with a smile. We can't remember everyone's names, but thank you all for making the stay comfortable and memorable. We're looking forward to our next holiday with you 😍

We stayed for 3 nights during severe weather, but it couldn't spoil the wonderful room or our time at the spa and hotel. My wife and I booked massages, and they were the best we've ever had. Paola and Irene were incredible!

I was excited to stay here for the first time, especially since it was for my birthday, but I couldn't complete a booking on the hotel's website. Each time I entered my details and submitted them, an error message came up. I checked with my bank and there was no problem with my card. I tried calling and emailing to ask what was wrong and how to resolve it, but neither got a response.

For the past 5 years, this has been my absolute favourite hotel on Mallorca. The location, staff, rooms, bed, spa and pool are all superb. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I always look forward to staying with you again and highly recommend it.
