The comfortable beds and the hotel’s modern look were positives, as were its closeness to the beach and airport. But the hallway noise made it hard to sleep for long, even with the comfortable beds. People gathered around each other’s rooms, and the soundproofing was so poor you could hear everything. On arrival, there was other people’s hair on the floor. Breakfast was very limited and not especially tasty, and we were given just a 30-minute time slot. There was no hair dryer or minibar in the room, and only one bar of soap in the bathroom, which smelled bad. When the power went out one day, as announced on the flyers, there hadn’t been proper preparations and people used phone flashlights to get breakfast. The staff were quite friendly, so I don’t blame them, but this was poor hotel management. For the price, you can get much more elsewhere. This definitely isn’t a 4* hotel, and I wouldn’t stay again.

We got a great price for this hotel and would definitely return. It has excellent transport links, with the A2 from the airport and the 25 to Palma centre, and there’s a supermarket around the corner. When we arrived early, we were allowed to leave our bags there. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff speak good English, Spanish and some German. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, with double beds, air conditioning, a TV, fridge, safe and balcony seating. The bathroom was spotless and had small toiletries. Breakfast was included, with juice, pastries, bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses, plus a hot selection. They made coffee on request. There’s a small rooftop pool, about 5m long, with two bed-style loungers and deck chairs. There were enough seats while we were there, but there’s little shade on the terrace. It was a great budget hotel.

The room was very clean, the AC worked great, and the staff were really nice to us. Breakfast was great too. The hotel was okay and close to the airport, city and beach. The walls were very thin, though, so we could hear everything outside the room. Sadly, there was no hairdryer.

Staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. They also arranged a cab for the following day right away. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The rooftop pool looked smaller in person than it did in the pictures. The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from the beach, but almost 20 minutes from the Ballermann highlights. You can take the bus instead if you don’t want to walk. Breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, but it tasted good: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, buns, fruit and more.
