Apartamentos Habitat

The room was freezing compared with outside, even with the heater on, which was really odd. It was also noisy. We were in the room nearest the road, and the walls are so thin we could hear everything from the neighbours.

We stayed for over a week and loved it as a family. Everything is close by, and having pools was a lovely extra. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

These apartments are on the edge of Porto Pollenca, so the rent is good value compared with places in the town centre. There’s plenty of parking, and the bus to the port stops nearby if you want to go into town and choose from its many restaurants. The complex has two pools, and the grounds are tidy, with lovely lawns and trees. The apartments are kept spotless, with regular cleaning and fresh bedding.

We had a great family holiday in clean, practical apartments, with a nice pool and a good walk to the beach and shops. We only found out halfway through that we could use the facilities at Duva, which are linked to Habitat. The children’s and adults’ entertainer, Luciano, was fantastic and made a huge difference to our stay. We can’t thank him enough; he’s a real asset. My only small regret is that the Habitat staff didn’t tell us about those extra facilities sooner.
