The location worked well for us, roughly 10-15 minutes from beaches and plenty of restaurants. Astrid was welcoming and quick to help: she arranged all our taxis and offered useful restaurant and sightseeing tips. The apartment’s cleanliness was disappointing, though. There were crumbs on the chairs and sand on the sofa and in the kitchen sink when we arrived. Astrid came back to clean the whole place, but it still didn’t feel up to standard. We were also charged for basics like using the safe and for beach towels, which seemed unusual at the price. Astrid herself was friendly, but the cleaning issues let the stay down.

We’ve just come back from a week at Villa Alexia and would happily head back tomorrow. Astrid was a lovely host. Our two-bedroom apartment was in a very quiet part of Port de Pollensa, with a large supermarket a five-minute walk away and the seafront about ten minutes on foot. The pool area was rarely busy, and we often had it to ourselves. The neighbourhood also felt peaceful and safe.

Astrid made our stay at Villa Alexia extra special with some great places to visit. We really enjoyed the apartment, which was clean and well looked after, along with the facilities. It’s a peaceful place to stay, yet the port is only a five-minute walk away, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and local businesses. We’d happily recommend it and will be back very soon. We’ve just got home after a week at Villa Alexia, and what a fantastic place. We usually go for big all-inclusive hotels, so trying something different was a great decision. Astrid was so welcoming and friendly, and had everything we needed. We felt safe as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, lovely and clean, and even came with shopping bags for the supermarket, about three minutes away. The pool area was amazing too. For a good apartment at a good price with a great host, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back. Massive thanks to Astrid for making the week so enjoyable xx

The pool at Villa Alexia was lovely and quiet, with sun all day and umbrellas when you want shade. Astrid, the owner, was really helpful with recommendations and always up for a nice chat. It’s a great spot, less than ten minutes from the beach and restaurants, and there’s a supermarket just a few minutes away. I’d absolutely recommend it, and I’ve already told my friends about it. I’ll definitely come back.
