Apartment El Ojillo

After a long trip, all we wanted was to make dinner and settle in, but the pans were in no shape to use. One had a handle that came off because it was rusted through, two had badly corroded Teflon, and the paella pan was covered in rust. We sent the owner photos, but nothing was sorted out. She said she was with her family and couldn’t help, told us to bring our own iron and hair dryer, and insisted the pans were usable and the hangers were wood like the ones at home. We’d already sent her a photo of the flimsy plastic hangers, which couldn’t hold coats, and there wasn’t even a bar for hanging trousers. She never replied to that photo either. The apartment also wasn’t clean, with dust bunnies everywhere, grease in the kitchen, and a bad drain smell in one bathroom. There was no hair dryer or iron, both things we needed. We paid €1,200 for a week and felt ripped off. The apartment was poorly equipped and in poor condition, and the service was even worse.
