Casa Rural Luces y Sombras

The living room was the best part for us, with a roomy, very comfortable sofa and a good TV that we really appreciated in winter. We also liked the free fruit waiting for us when we arrived. But the price didn’t feel fair. Some cutlery was dirty, previous guests had left pajamas behind, and the house was cold, although the heating helped. The kitchen tap sprayed water everywhere, and there was no internet. The decor is very modern, but the place needs maintenance.

Our pet felt right at home, and the patio was great, though we didn’t have a barbecue. We’ll make that happen next time. The welcome cava and fruit were a nice touch, and Mari greeted us warmly. Communication with the owner was perfect, and both were very friendly. The accommodation was impeccable, with clean rooms and all the blankets, towels, and other details in place. The jacuzzi was large and fantastic, though we couldn’t quite regulate the temperature, or the water may have been too hot. The location and connections were good, and the local restaurants and bars were very good. A perfect long weekend, 9.5 out of 10. We’ll be back!

Carlos and Mari were wonderful with us, and Casa Sombras was amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained, with all the things you might need. The fireplace heated the whole living room, so we didn’t even need to switch on the heating. The jacuzzi was huge and really comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely return.

Carlos is a really friendly owner, and the country house has absolutely everything. It can be rented for either 4 or 8 people. Magnificent place, we’ll definitely come back!
