Apartamentos Marbella Premium

Nothing seems to have been fixed, judging by photos from years ago. Everything is old, dirty, broken, and very shabby. Don't come here, there are better places.

We ended up giving up on our planned family weekend and leaving because the whole experience was so awful. The next day, we called again and still got no answer until 5 p.m., when the agency opened. We handed over the keys and left. When we first arrived in Sierra Nevada, we spent three hours calling the real estate agency before anyone answered at 5 p.m. and gave us the keys. Then, when I went to bathe my four-month-old son, there was no hot water. We tried calling for help, but nobody picked up. At 10 p.m. we went down to the agency, only to find it closed, with no one providing any information. We had to go to bed without a hot shower. I hope nobody else has to go through this.

AWFUL. We got there at 1 p.m. with a baby and couldn't get in. We called, but nobody answered until 6 p.m. After waiting all day, we finally got to the apartment, only to find there was no hot water. We called again and got no answer or solution. They ruined our getaway.

For €160 a night, this was the worst place we've ever stayed. The apartment was dirty and in awful condition, with a broken toilet, damp everywhere, and dirty towels and sheets.
