The view from the lounge window was great, and the apartment in block 2 has a good location and secure free parking. But the double bed was far too uncomfortable to sleep in. Kitchen gear was very basic, with no kettle and old saucepans that need replacing. The shower temperature kept swinging from freezing to scalding.

There was enough hot water for two people. Near the Andaluza supermarket, which has the best coffee.
The apartment is so high up that it feels like training for a trekking competition, and getting around the building is a mess. Entrances are unmarked and random, some elevators don’t work, and others don’t reach every floor. You have to cross the garage to get from the building entrance to the room, and making a turn means maneuvering. If there’s heavy snow, there’s no maintenance service to clear the entrance. A car may not get out of the garage quickly either. Inside, it was filthy, with fingerprints on the ancient furniture. The bunk beds were so noisy it felt like being in a techno club. There’s no heating, just two portable radiators that give off less heat than a hairdryer, so the apartment was freezing. The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place. This feels like typical accommodation that isn’t interested in investing in improvements or maintenance, and will only have customers as long as there’s snow. Such a shame. We wouldn’t come back.
We had a really, really good time, and the views are beautiful. It has everything you need for a few days with little ones. The only downside was the walk to the slopes. Since it’s in the upper area, getting there on foot can be tiring with children because of the hills and stairs.
We rented a lovely apartment for eight and had a good experience, with decent value for money. The kitchen was well equipped. There were three sofa beds, a double bed, and two single beds. We expected central heating, but instead got four radiators: one in each bedroom, one in the rather large living room that didn’t get very hot, and a space heater for the bathroom. The sofa bed mattresses were thin. Our children slept on them because they wanted to be together, and being light, they weren’t uncomfortable.
