Good food, good service.

We were staying in Móra, so I can't say anything about the rooms, but we did have dinner here. It's a rustic Catalan restaurant, the sort that's getting harder to find, with solid wooden chairs. The owner and the service were both attentive, and there's a set menu. We started with fish cannelloni and macaroni Bolognese, then had baked pork cheek and llonganissa, a kind of sausage. Everything was delicious. The pork cheek was tender and full of flavor, and so was the llonganissa. It came with potato chips that clearly weren't from a bag, and the Aragon olives they brought while we waited for our starters were a lovely touch. For dessert we had orange and cheesecake. I think the bill was about 35 euros, including two small coffees. We've recommended it to friends already and will be back. I'd recommend it to anyone reading this, too. One small thing: From the street, it can look closed. We pushed the door and it opened, so check before assuming you can't get in. I think there's a gate when the place is closed.

The lunch menu has lovely home-style flavors and local dishes, and you won't leave hungry. The green asparagus and beef stew is a great choice. Service was attentive and polite, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend, and we'll be back!
