The breakfast was a real pleasure, with lots of food and drink options, all well organized. Our accommodation in Mangirón was welcoming and lovely, and we had no problems at all. We never met anyone in person, but the owners' instructions were very helpful. For the price and location, I highly recommend it. It was a pleasure.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of choices for people with gluten or lactose intolerance. The house is charming and very clean, and the service was adequate. But the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos, barely enough space for the bed and a chair. The bathroom is tiny too, and the shower is hardly big enough to wash comfortably. There's no soundproofing, so you hear the TV and other guests snoring. Fine for a night.

The place is decent and pleasant, and for the price the accommodation is adequate. But sleeping depends on there being no one in the adjoining rooms, or on them being beings of light or gnomes, because you can hear them breathe. It also needs to not be hot: we were given an attic room with no air conditioning, and it was uninhabitable. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. After we insisted, since we had a wedding some distance away at 6:00 PM, they let us check in early at 3:00 PM.

Finding the place was confusing because the address wasn't clearly explained, and the entrance is around the back. We tried several times to locate it, then called the emergency number, which went unanswered for 20 minutes. A neighbor eventually helped us. The night was miserable. In the middle of July there was no air conditioning or even a fan, and we couldn't rest. When we complained, there was no solution or empathy. We hadn't slept at all because of the unbearable heat, but they still refused to extend checkout. We've stayed at hotels where, after arriving so late that we were practically only there to sleep and hadn't even been there 12 hours, they offered extra time without us asking. Here, despite the appalling conditions, they didn't offer that out of empathy, and when we asked, the refusal was completely tactless. We don't recommend this place, especially in summer if you expect even minimal guest service, empathy, or problem solving.
