The staff were the best part of our stay, so kind and helpful, and they gave us good tips on places to eat. When we were robbed at the top of Teide on a Sunday and lost all our money, with no way to get more from a bank, the hotel kindly helped us with food and drinks for our meal. I'll come back to this hotel when I return to the island. The rooms are pretty and practical, and the ones with terraces are especially nice for enjoying the cool afternoon air. The mattresses were high quality, and breakfast had a good selection and quality. A fantastic place in Puerto de la Cruz.

There's a lovely rooftop spot with a small pool, loungers and umbrellas, and the hotel is close to the town centre and seafront, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was really good, though after five days I could have used a few different choices. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I've enjoyed my stay and will come back sometime. Recommended, and a big thank you to the hotel.

I had a long workday and needed sleep, but it was nearly 1 pm and I still couldn't get any. The room was warm, so I had to leave the window open and the fan running. I'm on the first floor, where the street noise is incredible. The plug is right behind the pillow, behind your head, which feels like an unsafe spot. I don't know if the positive reviews were for other floors. I've travelled all over, and being able to sleep without noise is the most important thing in a hotel. Avoid this place if you need a room to sleep in. In my opinion, with this much noise the hotel should be shut down.

The room was small but convenient, and the rooftop pool has a great view. It's a quiet hotel with good service. Staff were always friendly and open to questions or requests. One thing that got a little annoying was how the bathroom floor kept getting wet from the shower.

The room was very clean, though a bit warm, so we had to use the fan. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is close to the city centre and beach, and has a small pool on the fourth floor. Breakfast is served, but we didn't try it. It looked quite okay. I'd recommend this place for a short stay.
