Right by the water, with restaurants all around and supermarkets nearby, this place is hard to beat for value in Puerto De La Cruz, one of Tenerife's best areas. The staff are great. If nearby restaurant noise on weekends bothers you, bring earplugs. Any mediocre or negative review is down to the reviewer, not the place. Some people just don't travel much or understand how things are.

We loved the location, with the sea and main square close by, and a lovely local restaurant, Tropical, right across the way. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice. From the terrace on top, there are beautiful views of Teide and the sea. Noemi was a wonderful host and gave us lots of information. We had an amazing stay and will come back to the same place.

The location is nice and the price was okay. It's run by the whole family, though the cleaning wasn't up to hotel standards.

Spotlessly clean and in a good location, everything was perfect. The only thing I'd add is a kettle, which would be a great asset.
