BEWARE of APARTMENT #614 on the sixth floor. It's dangerous: the refrigerator is broken, there's no hot water in the bathroom, the pressure is low, and the gas boiler is faulty and smells of carbon monoxide. Plaza Real Estate is handling it, but won't listen and only wants your money, cash of course. If you complain, they may kick you out of the office and even start a fight. The building has seven floors, all studio apartments, and is over 40 years old. Maintenance is frequent and noisy, especially the pool work, which drags on and stops and starts.

The pool is always being renovated, and the whole area around it looks like a battlefield. It ruins the place.

It's centrally located and close to Playa Jardín, and the swimming pool has just been renovated.
