Love this place...

Just a short step from the beach, but tucked away from the city centre's noise, the location is excellent and very peaceful. The apartment was comfortable, lovely, and fully equipped with dishes, linens, and soaps. A great choice if you want to relax.

The owners were friendly, knew the area well, and were available when we arrived with plenty of tips for activities and restaurants serving typical food. Their helpfulness and the cleanliness are real strengths. The apartment had a living room with TV and sofa, a kitchen with an induction hob, fridge and freezer, plus a washing machine and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There was also an outdoor in-ground pool. It's in a beautiful part of Puerto del Carmen, near the sea, main roads, car rental agencies, the airport, the city centre and supermarkets. We had a wonderful time in Lanzarote, and found it very good value for money.

The one thing that let this well-equipped, well-organized accommodation down was the linen and cleaning arrangement. Check the contract carefully: cleaning isn't included, and sheets aren't changed, even for a three-week stay like mine. You're expected to use the washing machine and the things the owner provides, but what are you supposed to do if it rains? Sleep on damp sheets? The location is strategic but quiet, with convenient public buses, a good restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.
