I’m 14, and my parents brought me here for my birthday. I had an amazing time. I really liked the location, there was lots to do, and the beach was less than a two-minute walk away. The staff were the best part of the hotel. One staff member, Alẽ, was always kind and helpful, so we gave him a well-deserved tip. It’s a lovely area if you want somewhere quiet, and it’s great for kids. There’s a kids' pool and a kids' club. The food was impeccable, too. I definitely recommend it.

The beach is just across the road, and there are restaurants right nearby. It’s a quieter spot than the busy part of Puerto Del Carmen, though the start of the strip is only about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and the staff were great. We had a really good stay and are sure to come back next year.

The booking site caused me a lot of trouble. I was left responsible for the full cost of rebooking, then waited for hours while they threatened to cancel the whole reservation without a refund. At reception, only a few staff members seemed attentive, and all the rules felt overwhelming. The pool has to be booked the day before, for just a few hours. I get that it gives everyone a turn, but it’s a lot to deal with. There are plenty of other hotels with better service.

We came for a family 60th and had a great base for the trip. The main strip is lively, but quieter places for an evening out are also a short walk away. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Arrecife Town. If I’m back in PDC, I’d happily stay here again.

Our flight was delayed overnight, so we stayed here for one night. The apartment was spacious, clean and lovely, and right opposite a large beach. The staff were really helpful and did everything they could for us.
