Lani's Suites de Luxe

We've already booked again for next year. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at, with perfect service, a very friendly feel, great cleanliness and lots of attention to detail.

We got 1st class service from the moment we landed at the airport. There were little surprises and treats at every turn, all adding to how comfortable and luxurious the stay felt. The food was absolutely delicious, and the live singer was out of this world. The manager even arranged a happy birthday song for me, which was a real honour, and the decorations they put in our room were beautiful. This hotel really shows what good customer service looks like. We had an amazing time, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else on the island. You really have to stay here, I don't think you'll regret it.

The staff made us feel like friends, and the care they put into every detail took the stay to another level. They felt like a family, and it showed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb, the suites were so comfortable, and the views were stunning. Lani's Suites Deluxe is the best place we've ever stayed, a little piece of heaven we didn't want to leave. It was an honour to celebrate our wedding anniversary alongside the 10 year anniversary of Lanis Suites, and what an amazing party. The team went above and beyond to make the holiday memorable, with a mix of adventure and relaxation. From sunset sailing to jetski safari, they helped us make memories we'll keep forever. Thank you to every member of staff for welcoming us to this magical oasis and helping us switch off from the craziness of life.

Our suite had everything for a relaxing stay, from the large comfortable bed, extra pillows, dressing gown and slippers to the smart TV, rain shower and great air con. The terrace was lovely for sunbathing, with a hot tub, close to the pool and wonderful views of the Atlantic. It was extremely clean, and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The fridge was restocked daily during evening turndown, and everything in the fridge and cupboard was complimentary apart from spirits. The cleaning staff were always available to top things up, including the sweet jars, which I especially loved. They left a little treat on the pillow each evening too. Despite being near the busy strip, the suite was peaceful. From the airport pickup to departure, everything was perfect. The lovely chauffeur got us there within 30 minutes of landing. Jonathan, the manager, and Sabrina welcomed us with our bags taken away, glasses of cava, chocolates and wipes to freshen up. Sabrina gave us a full tour and explained everything. My parents had arranged an anniversary upgrade to a ground floor suite, and the hotel staff kept it a secret until we walked in. The welcome champagne, decorations, balloons, chocolates and note were such lovely touches. There were also hats, sunglasses and little kits for anything you might need, among many other extras. The attention to detail was amazing. The hotel is stunning, especially the gardens. Its restaurant is right on the seafront for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a gate leads directly to the beach. There's a lovely pool with fresh towels whenever you need them, a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, and books and sun cream guests can use. Daily cocktails and mini desserts were complimentary too. Breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order. The owner was there most mornings and made a point of chatting with guests. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was outstanding. They even made us something a little different from the menu. The staff were amazing, so personal and keen to make the stay special. Pablo (el gallego) did everything he could for us and really made our day. We noticed when he wasn't working and missed his friendly manner. Miriam went out of her way to recommend and book wonderful trips and restaurants. We didn't have one bad meal, largely thanks to the hotel's recommendations. We booked a couples massage for our last day, hands down the best either of us has had. There was entertainment on certain nights, with a singer one night, a saxophonist another and a DJ on our last evening. They let us keep the suite until 6.30pm on our last day before the airport pickup, which meant we could shower and pack without rushing. This was our first stay at Lani’s, and now I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It was worth every single Euro and more. We can't thank the staff enough for such a special, memorable holiday.
