The apartment itself was great and very clean. My friend and his wife spent a week there and loved it, and I stayed with them for one night before heading to Grand Canaria. What spoiled their stay was the dog in a nearby apartment. It barked almost constantly, starting around 7:30 in the morning when its owner left for work and carrying on until she got home around 4 or 5. Someone who lives there told me this has been going on for a long time. The complex is otherwise very quiet. I’m surprised nobody has reported the owner for the noise and possible cruelty. The barking really ruined the week for my friends.

Our experience with the owner was good. They got back to us brilliantly when we had a small problem. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was quiet, about ten minutes from the town centre and two minutes from the bus stop. The pool gets overlooked by other apartments and is shaded for most of the day, which we didn’t mind. It probably depends on who you rent from.

We had a really bad experience, with no customer service at all and the feeling that money was all that mattered. Booking from a distance can cause problems, and when something goes wrong, they don’t seem to care, even if it costs them repeat customers and damages their reputation over just a few euros.

A perfect apartment for enjoying the island.
