It's a pleasant house in a peaceful neighborhood, with no noise pollution. The main things that could be better are the cleaning, which is okay but could be improved, and the kitchen, which has very few utensils and cookware.

At €50 a night, you get a double room, a nice bathroom, and a roomy living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed. The pillows and blankets were good, and the mattress was comfortable. The room feels like a little apartment. The hotel itself isn't especially attractive inside or out, but it's a great option for a short stay.

I was there for work, with my company covering the stay. The apartments were welcoming, fairly clean, and in a great area, and the maintenance staff did a good job. I’d give it four stars because the price seemed a bit high compared with other places, especially for a vacation.
