Leo Punta Umbria Only Adults

We had a great few days here in early June, and I’d happily come back. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, with a huge bed, and the service was very friendly. The pool was spotless and had a nice atmosphere. It may be packed in peak season, though. The location suited us for peace and quiet in a tourist area. If you want to explore the town itself, it’s too far to walk and you need a car. There are bars, Burger King, and shops nearby for anything you need. Still, there wasn’t really anywhere to buy food or a drink at the hotel. There were just vending machines. I think there’s a bar, but it wasn’t open. The check-in and checkout times felt a bit unbalanced: you can’t get in until 4 pm, but have to leave the room at 11 am. That’s why I’m not giving it five stars.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, a small but nice terrace, and a decent-sized dining area with a sofa bed, a little coffee table, and a larger table with four chairs. The bedroom was spacious too. But it was no place to rest. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, with the bed frame digging into my neck and back and leaving me sore all over. The bed itself was just okay, depending on the mattress, and the pillows were rock hard. There were dust bunnies, cockroaches, and cotton under the bed, and the kitchen was only okay. The apartments need updating, especially with summer coming. It’s advertised as adults only, yet children were already crying at 8:00 AM. I’m including the dates for a reason: May 1st to May 3rd, 2026.

DISAPPOINTING!! As soon as I opened my suitcase, a cockroach crawled out from under the bed. Looking underneath, I found huge clumps of dust and even leftovers from the previous guest. There was beach sand on the bed, and the pillows were shriveled. The broom and mop they provide weren’t much use. The mop was stiff from sitting there so long. With the sofa bed opened, you couldn’t get to the terrace. They also provided very little toilet paper. And at reception, they give you a garbage bag and tell you to take out your own full one, with the bins out on the street behind. Too much...

Nice place and all, but the service was awful. They charged us €16 for communal facilities, which made no sense. Then, because a sofa in one apartment was missing a bit of foam, they told two of us to pay a joint deposit. That’s disgraceful and unacceptable. I expect a response, and hope I see that receptionist again.
