We tried the mushroom soup and empedrado, with white beans, chickpeas, cod and mariscos, then baked sea bass. Everything was excellent, including the coffee, tea and a couple of beers. Even the first phone call was lovely: the owner and staff were super friendly, patient and kind, and the menu looked great.

For 15 Euros, the fixed price menu came with three courses and drinks. It was easily the best value meal I had during my three weeks in Spain and Portugal. I stopped in for lunch in September 2022, and the food was excellent with friendly service.

The waitress and owner gave excellent service, and the food was excellent too. I had lunch today, with a starter, main, dessert, a glass of wine and coffee, all for 23 euro each. Such a bargain. Thank you Tanis, I'd highly recommend it.

We had some good chats with the friendly waiter, and the service was excellent. The price felt very fair, and we got to try a nice cake too.

We came across this place by chance while on a motorcycle tour, and I'm really glad we did. The food was great, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.
