The breakfast was straightforward but had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit and very good coffee. We only stayed one night. The hotel is right by the port, with restaurants all around and an elevator close by for getting up to the city center. Staff were really friendly, and while our room was small, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom and air conditioning both gave off a sewage smell, though. It sounds like a recurring issue and they should look into it.

The bathroom was great, with excellent pressure in the shower. Everything was spotless, and the staff, from reception to the room attendant, were so friendly and ready to help. Having reception open all day and night was handy. It’s a lovely hotel in a very convenient location, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel was very clean and spacious. It’s in the old customs building, recently renovated, just beside the port and a few steps from the city center. The decor is tasteful, too. Rosi deserves a special mention for looking after us so wonderfully.

From my room I could see the estuary, such an incredible view. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom a good size, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was brand new since the hotel had only been open a month when we visited. We spent two days there, relaxing and enjoying the setting. Greetings from Murcia.

Room 205 is small and smells of sewage, so if that’s the room they offer, they can keep it. We mentioned it at reception when leaving, but I doubt they’ll do anything, since they clearly know what it’s like. The place is expensive for what it offers. I’m sure there are better, cheaper places.
