Ribadesella was fully booked, so we chose this place at the last minute while walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. It's a lovely spot, and the owners were very accommodating. We needed an early start, so they made our breakfast the night before.

It's a peaceful place to get away, with meadows all around. Open the window and you might see goats grazing. The room was simple, comfortable, and very clean, with a small fridge that came in handy for cold drinks and fruit. Nights were quiet and we slept well. A good base for exploring the area if you're after nature and tranquility.

The beach is nearby, and the place was very nice and clean, with parking. Our bed was large and comfortable, and the woman who served us was really friendly. Five stars from me, without a doubt.

It's a family-run hotel, quite new and very clean, with several towns nearby. We had a triple room on the ground floor, and it felt a little claustrophobic. The nights were quite hot despite temperatures being around 20 degrees Celsius, which we were lucky to have. I'm not sure how we would have managed during a heat wave, and I don't know whether portable air conditioning is available if needed.
