Hotel Rural Casa Lao

The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Service was excellent, and breakfast is included in the price. The hotel has mountain views and sits in a spectacular location, in a peaceful village with hiking trails. I'd definitely come back.

Everything was clean and good quality, and the owner was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The only downside was noise from the restaurant at night, though it quieted down after midnight.

Dolores and her sister took such attentive care of us during our three-night stay over the May bank holiday. As someone used to mountain refuges and hostels, I'm easy to please: a roof over my head, a bed to sleep in, even sharing the room with my two friends, and good food. I had all of that here. I don't need anything more. Keep up the good work, and we'll see you again.

The rooms were fine, but there wasn't even a small table for our things, so we had to put them on the floor. It rained all weekend, and the gentle heating only came on for two hours. The two girls running the hotel were very curt and unpleasant. Right next door, the hostel was fantastic, with incredibly friendly staff. That friendliness really makes all the difference.
