I’ve lived here for two years, and there’s a lot I like about the place: the people, service, location, nearby shops, and pet friendliness. When something breaks, they come to fix it as soon as they can. But a few issues have made day-to-day life difficult. The apartment gets unbearably hot. I was told the air conditioning wouldn’t switch to cold mode until the end of APRIL, even though it was already the end of March and nearly 28 degrees inside. My place faces the sunny side, so the heat comes straight through the window even with the curtains closed. Madrid gets hot in March already. By April 4, it was still +27 degrees at midnight and didn’t cool down overnight. Please turn on cold mode earlier. People who need heat can put on another layer, but it’s hard to know what to do when your room is 28 degrees. There’s also a new building project right under my windows, which started about a month ago. Work begins at 8 am with sudden banging that has woken me in a panic, and sometimes the apartment shakes. It goes on all day, which is disastrous when you work from home. I wish residents had been warned, so they could have considered moving or making other plans. And the soundproofing is poor. I can hear neighbors watching TV, playing music, or having loud conversations late at night. I want some privacy and quiet in my own apartment, but the noise depends on what my neighbors decide to do. They usually stop when I go ask them, but I don’t want to have to do that every time. I’m sharing this as honest feedback on things that could improve, not just to be negative. I hope you’ll consider switching the AC to cold mode earlier.

It was our first time in Spain and Europe, and Monica at reception made us feel so welcome. She was great and helped us with everything we were trying to do. They even let us check in early because an apartment was free. We had the best time.

The restaurant coffee and food were horrible, and the restrooms around the facility were out of soap and toilet paper. Reception also didn’t seem to care whether our room had been cleaned. They told us to our faces that they’d clean it, but never did, so we were left without clean bedclothes or towels. This place is a dump.

A good option if you need to be outside the city but near the airport. The place is lovely, with lots of facilities, and it was clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
