8/10
The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the hotel is easy to reach by car since it’s right off the highway. It’s a simple, efficient mid-level place, with facilities that generally match the price. One problem: room cleaning is very noisy. If you’re hoping to sleep past 8 or 9 am, it’s hard to stay asleep.

The hotel is clean and nice, and rooms are cleaned regularly. Staff are helpful and communicate well in English. But it’s a midrange place well outside the city, so public transport is limited and far away. Breakfast was very basic, and the coffee was awful.

The night staff don’t seem to care about guests getting any rest or about keeping things quiet. There’s a door beside reception that could be closed to cut down on noise, but they keep it open, and there aren’t any signs asking people to be quiet.

The breakfast was okay, though the food quality was low. I’d only stop here for a day or two. The room felt cold at night even with the AC off, and both pillows were super hard, despite being offered a “soft” and a hard one to choose from. I slept badly and woke up with a sore neck.

With a convention in town, prices were terrible. I paid 380 for a tiny room with one bed plus a pullout couch bed. It was hot, and there was no fridge.
