January parking was pretty manageable, and the place itself was cozy, clean, and near the center. The trouble is keeping it warm: winter starts out really cold, and heating it takes ages. Be patient, too, because the fuses kept blowing about every 10 minutes while it was warming up.

A room that cold might work in a hot summer, but I wouldn't choose it in winter or spring.

Such a lovely place.

We didn't spend the night there. As soon as we got into the apartment, we noticed a horrible musty smell, and found thick black mould growing out of the walls in the underground bedroom. The owner had covered the walls with OSB panels, but the mould was coming through them. This is a health hazard. He refused to refund us. The place is a scam, be aware.

Dirty, badly located, and smelly. In every way, it's one of the worst places I've ever seen. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
