We only ate lunch at the hotel restaurant, so this is just about the restaurant. It's tucked off the main street and has daily specials as well as local dishes like Iberico jamon and croquettes. Our meal was delicious, and eating outside on such a beautiful day was wonderful.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, just ate at the restaurant. We happened upon it, and the interior looked really cool. The menu is simple. We got a mixed salad and oxtail, and the oxtail was delicious. Service was friendly, attentive, and quick.

The oxtail was gray and bland, the kind you could get better at a gas station. My swordfish arrived cold, and they even forgot to make my order. You'd get a better meal at a nearby McDonald's. An embarrassment for the city of Ronda.

We'd meant to try the high-end tapas place around the corner, but the waiters looked stressed and the customers did too, so we wandered over to the restaurant at Hermanos Macias instead. Really glad we did. It felt authentic and traditional, a nice surprise with a nostalgic, almost time-capsule feel. The Menu of the Day was 100% value for money: seven starters, a main, dessert, and wine. The food was really good, and I'd recommend the OxTail. Very delicious!

We tried to find better tapas in town and couldn't. This is the best tapas bar in Ronda, with a long traditional counter and a great selection of hot and cold tapas. The people looking after you are really nice, and it feels like a real Spanish bar instead of a tourist cafe. There's an excellent restaurant next door, too.
