Everything was spotless, both our room and the hotel. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the restaurant served delicious tapas, other dishes, and coffee. It had a local feel, with plenty of locals coming in from 7 a.m. for a real Spanish-style morning. We had a fantastic stay.

I spent five nights here while touring the great motorcycle roads around Ronda, and I’ll definitely come back in 2024. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Ana and the other young woman were especially good. The restaurant next door was great, too.

The staff were really friendly, and I liked having a pool with a mountain view. The restaurant downstairs was good too. It’s a comfortable hotel, though a few kilometers from the city center.

The cafe bar opens early, with hot rolls to choose from, and there’s a nice terrace. Hotel Sierra Hidalgo is just outside Ronda, across from the state hospital. It’s also where people meet for hot air balloon rides over Ronda.

The waiters were quick and really kind, and the place has a cozy feel. Breakfast was perfect: you order coffee and a mollete, the local bread, and they bring plenty of different Iberian spreads like sobrasada, zurrapas, and tomato.
