The place was clean and set up pretty well, and it’s close to the beach plus plenty of shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent, and replies to my couple of questions came very quickly. I did have two disappointments. The bedroom was part of the main room rather than separate, which I’d expected. Also, the upper patio didn’t look much like the photos. It was dirty and uninviting, with no chairs or anything, so we didn’t spend any time up there.

Lucia met us at the apartment and was attentive and full of useful information. The town itself is a little gem, with lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, with free underground parking on site. It’s about 2000mtrs from the beach, and the roof terrace was a lovely spot to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the rooftops. We really enjoyed this find in Rota.

Parking with a central location is hard to find here, so this place was a great fit. It also works well whether you want to cook for yourself or eat out in Rota or nearby. The people were nice and kept in touch. They arrived within 10 minutes to show me the apartment and parking. Everything was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

We were welcomed by Lucia, who was informative and lovely. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed, including appreciated extras like quality toiletries and plenty of bath towels. The location was perfect, just a block from the beach. The outdoor area was private and nicely furnished. I’d definitely choose it first when I’m back in Rota.
