We had no cell service for most of the long weekend. It was peaceful and quiet, which was the best part, but getting to Sabiñánigo is quite a trek unless you have a car. The bins sit in the middle of the road, and the gardens and sidewalks look neglected, almost abandoned.
The winter scenery here is beautiful, and the place feels luxurious.
There’s a lively pool bar where you can get food and drinks. The residential area itself is very quiet, out on the edge of Sabiñanigo and right at the foot of the mountains.
The parks need better upkeep, and the surroundings feel rather gloomy. There’s no way into the city unless you have a car, and the whole place is in pretty serious disrepair.
Near the village of Latas, Las Margas-Golf is a residential complex with houses and apartments. It also has a swimming pool, café-bar and luxury hotel.
