Apartamentos Turísticos La Casa Vieja

The patio was so inviting, and that view is the first thing you notice when you walk in. We were amazed by the apartment, it was beautiful and spotless, with everything in perfect shape. The owner had left thoughtful breakfast bits, including sweets, olive oil from Sabiote, bread, coffee, and tea. The young woman was lovely and kept an eye on everything. We stayed a couple of nights in one of the apartments and would absolutely come back. Thanks for everything!

The pool was a real treat and we had such a good time. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had air conditioning. The owner, her mother, and the cleaner all deserve top marks. We'd happily stay again.

The little terrace was perfect for breakfast and evenings, and we loved being inside the walled part of Sabiote. We spent a lovely few days at Luz del Amanecer, with plenty of town corners still left for us to explore. The welcome breakfast gift was a nice touch, delicious pastries, a couple of slices of bread, and excellent local olive oil. Getting in and out by car was quite an adventure. I don't know whether the GPS was at fault, but the gates and streets we used were very narrow, so it won't suit every car. I'd leave the car outside the walls unless there's a wider entrance. The apartment itself had a small pool that was great for cooling off, including a very shallow section for little children. There was a barbecue in the shared area that we didn't use, plus low tables, resin chairs, and a couple of shade awnings. There weren't any sun loungers when we visited. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. A dish rack would've helped, though, since there was barely space to drain dishes by the sink. We'd come back, we loved the house and the area, and still have a lot to see.

A peaceful spot for switching off, with parking on the same street and pets allowed. Our room was fantastic, bright, and had a balcony. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, and there were thoughtful welcome touches in the room. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit unreliable.
