Apartamentos Mediterrania Moliner

We stayed last week and are already planning to return. Santiago was so welcoming, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. It's in a great area, close to both the beach and the bars. We have nothing but good things to say. Thanks for everything!

Santiago was excellent, really friendly and clearly cared about making our stay enjoyable. The apartment was spotless and in a great location. We spent six days here and had a great time. We'll definitely come back.

My close relative rented there for nearly seven years, and we are extremely dissatisfied with the landlord's treatment. When we moved out, the apartment was left spotless and in perfect condition. A few days later, he called to say he would keep the deposit paid at the start of the rental agreement and wanted another €200 for damages. I have nothing but bad things to say about the service. He also refuses to take responsibility for damage to the apartments. My relative had to pay for the washing machine and water heater, even though those should have been the responsibility of whoever manages the apartments. They noticed that on Monday mornings, while the cleaning staff were working in the building, water could be heard running from their apartment. One day they shut off the supply, and the cleaning staff stopped getting water from the tap they used. They believe someone was taking water from the apartment they rented. He seems pleasant with short-term guests, but people who've known him for years know what he's really like. It saddens me that he keeps making money from short-term visitors while people who trusted him enough to live there long-term are treated appallingly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marina apartments in Puerto de Sagunto this summer. The area is very quiet and parking is easy. The apartments are new, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we'd definitely come back.
