The mattress was the worst part. It sagged so much in the middle that sleeping was uncomfortable all night, and my partner and I had to sleep on opposite sides because we couldn't lie together. We could also hear everything from neighboring apartments, including showers and footsteps. The toilet clogged the first time we used it. We called for help, and maintenance took 45 minutes to arrive. The fan and TV remotes had dead batteries, too. Those are simple things to check before guests arrive. The apartment gave us the impression that basic maintenance and checks were being missed.

We had a very happy stay as a family. The place was clean, smelled pleasant, and was in a great central spot close to everything. There was parking nearby, either in a lot or on the surrounding streets. A few things would have made it more comfortable: extra toilet paper and towels, more pillows for the double sofa bed, and an iron. After a long trip, clothes can come out of the laundry needing a press.

It was freezing outside and just as cold inside the apartment because the heating didn't work at all. Neither the people on the phone nor the technicians who supposedly came could fix it. Paying for a service that wasn't there felt like a scam. A VERY unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartment was just as described, with loads of space, a huge TV, and everything very clean. It's right in the old town, in an unbeatable location. I'd definitely come back.

Very clean apartment, and a great price for somewhere right in central Salamanca.
