I booked the accommodation for the wrong month, an honest mistake, and it's the first time I've done that. I only booked shortly before the stay. I asked to move the booking to another month and was even willing to pay extra or a change fee, but the request was denied and the owner didn't answer my messages. There was no direct communication from the property. I understand the rules may differ from hotels, though normally this kind of change wouldn't be a problem. I'm very disappointed. I'm not usually someone who leaves negative reviews.

I’ve never before left a review below four stars, so I want to make clear how unusual this is for me. Booking went smoothly, but after an issue with my card, they asked me to pay more than the agreed price. I spent several days trying to reach them without success. Eventually, someone on the team put me in touch with María José, who was described as the accommodation manager. She spoke to me with contempt, acted arrogantly, and hung up while I was still talking. I never even saw the facilities, so my complaint is about the management, not the property itself. I was ignored and treated badly, and they imposed a price I considered arbitrary without any willingness to discuss it. The person in charge came across as haughty and completely unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The way this was handled felt irresponsible, aggressive, and deeply disrespectful of my time and dignity. Travelers should be warned.

After our long trip, arriving at this apartment was a real pleasure. It was well equipped, thoughtfully arranged, and in a great location. We found the place easily, and they were already there to greet us. Their tips about Salamanca helped us get to know the city so much better. It’s a charming spot we’ll happily recommend to friends and family. We hope to return as soon as we can. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable!
