The rooms, location, and spa were all lovely, but it was the people who made our week with the boys so memorable. Maria greeted us with a smile, and the omelettes from our favourite “egg lady” were delicious. I’m still sorry I didn’t ask her name, but at least she has her own photo here. Ana Luz, Santiago, Dani, and Mestre Jose were always around and attentive, while the whole team looked after us with warmth and real professionalism. Shame I can only give 5 stars. Proper recommend. And Mestre Jose, Hala Madrid!

The hotel feels overpriced for what it offers. I liked my stay, but the room service was inconsistent, with something forgotten every day, whether that was refilling the refrigerator, changing towels, or making the bed. The elevators were frustrating too. I often gave up waiting and took the stairs. I know the hotel isn't responsible for other guests' lack of consideration, but people shouting in the corridors until midnight woke me repeatedly. This needs to be addressed, and noisy guests shouldn't be allowed to disturb people after 9 PM.

Breakfast was a treat, especially the avocado and eggs. The hotel wasn't too crowded, and the staff were fantastic and friendly. The guys who drove us to the ski chairs were especially nice, and the massages were great. We’ll be back.

At 4pm we arrived for check-in and were left with nowhere to stay, four adults in the middle of nowhere. We had booked online, where it clearly said dogs were allowed, but the hotel refused us because we had dogs. They will refund us, but that doesn't solve the problem. What a shame. Poor service like this is why the hotel was almost empty.
