It’s peaceful and right by the beach, with comfortable apartments and a pool that’s small but does the job. Motril and Almuñécar are both very close. A note about the coast: Granada’s beaches are pebbly rather than fine sand, though not rocky, except in Almuñécar. You can find a few sandy stretches near Motril.

There’s not much around, though it can be a decent place to unwind. The promenade is neglected and poorly lit, and the development is one of the area’s urban monstrosities. The beach has the usual pebbly sand you find around Granada.

A great spot to switch off and recharge. I’d recommend it.

It looks out over the sea. The building has been around for a few years, but the shared areas get renovated often. There’s also a tennis court and a private swimming pool.
