We had a clean, tidy, spacious three-bedroom apartment above reception, with two bathrooms. It was an older place, but the mattresses looked new, even if they were a little hard. I slept fine. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, and we had no complaints about them. We saw no cockroaches the whole stay, even walking around the building at night. The pool was lovely and clean, and there's a handy supermarket beside it. The beach is less than a five-minute stroll away. The area can be noisy at night, but that's what you get when you're so close to town. We were visiting from Ireland from October 12th to 17th, 2024. It was cheap and cheerful, and I'd stay again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service was terrible and the staff incompetent. Cockroaches came into the apartment at Saragossa street, house 15. The pool had rubbish in it, the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly, and it smelled of sewage. I'll never use this agency again.

The apartment was fine and the location was great, but the deposit left us very disappointed. My email confirmation said we could pay by card or cash, but at check-in they wouldn't accept cash. It also said the deposit would be between 150 and 300 Euros, yet they asked us for 400.

I wish I’d chosen another hotel. Our room was badly kept and messy, with cockroaches in the kitchen and no smoke detector. The pool and the other facilities were shut, and reception was closed during the day. Calling got no answer either.

The beds were comfy, but getting even a couple of extra pillows wasn’t possible, so we folded blankets from the press instead. When we checked out, they wanted €1 to hold our bags. There were charges for everything, even renting a kettle, which felt ridiculously petty for such a lovely, central place. It’s the Ryanair of aparthotels. Our room was ready before the 5pm check-in, but they charged us €10 to get in early. Then came a €300 deposit, which they said would be returned two days after we left. Fingers crossed.
