Ona Jardines Paraisol

Apart from the friendly staff at check-in, you’re pretty much on your own. There’s no room service, and cleaning was offered only once during our stay, which we happened to miss. You have to take rubbish out to the street bins since there’s nowhere on site to leave it. The place feels old and gets very dark at night in winter. It’s right on a busy street, and parking along the road was difficult at times. The rooms are small and basic. The heater and AC unit was tricky to operate, so the heat kept coming and going. Front desk staff were extremely nice when we checked in, but after that there wasn’t any service.

We loved this holiday. The room was spot on, and the pool was amazing. Thanks to Ona Jardines Paraisol for welcoming us and giving us such a great place to stay. It’s a little away from the main strip, but the walk back gave us time to clear our heads before bed. We’d absolutely stay here again.

There are plenty of shops and nice restaurants nearby, and the beachfront isn’t far. The kids loved the pool. Our apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and had good air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend it.

We only stayed one night, but everything was good as it should be. Communication with the hotel was great, and staff let us keep our e-bikes in the apartment, which I really appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped, more than we expected. There’s free car parking on the street. The pool was empty while we were there, probably because it wasn’t the season for it yet.
