There was no hot water, and the staff didn't take steps to sort it out. The room also won't be cleaned during your stay, even if you're there for quite a while. Staff were rude and unhelpful. A terrible place, not recommended.

My door locked me out four times, and each time I had to wait for a new password. The last time nobody answered, so I called 30 times and waited outside for a man to come. Getting towels was a hassle too. The cleaner wouldn't give them to me unless I called reception each time, and of course I had to pay for the call in Europe. They also wouldn't return my deposit. First they said it would take a couple of working days, then claimed they hadn't charged me at all. I sent a screenshot from my bank card, after which they stopped replying to my emails.

A lovely, modern apartment, everything felt new. There's a coffee machine, USB ports for charging phones and two smart TVs with screen sharing. Excellent all round.

We stayed out of season, and the accommodation was still fabulous.

It was clean and in a good spot, though the apartment could use a few details sorted out.
