The mother and daughter hosting us were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble.
We travel often with the kids, and this was the worst apartment we've stayed in. On October 30, 2025, it was dirty, with filthy walls, a sticky floor, shabby furniture, and doors that were hard to open. Honestly, it was shameful. I don't understand how it can even be rented out.
We stayed in apartment 202. I don't usually complain about places like this since we're only there a few days on vacation, but I can't recommend this one, and I won't return. The mattresses were terrible, and the so-called sofa bed was actually a small trundle that only sleeps three, not enough for seven. The kitchen was in bad shape: the extractor hood didn't work, two of the three stove burners were out, the oven wouldn't close, and there was little kitchenware, including a skimmer and bent knives. There were no large towels. In the living room, some drawers were broken, and the bedroom lamp was broken too. The bathroom door stuck; they had putty on it, but nothing seemed to improve, and it looked like no one was dealing with it. You couldn't hang the shower head in one bathroom. In the other, the shower wouldn't regulate and would catch fire. There weren't enough chairs, and the clothesline was twisted, so nothing could be hung on it. It didn't seem like anyone checked the apartment between guests. On top of all that, there were restrictions everywhere. I got two calls saying the neighbor, who was a rude clown, had complained and that they might keep my deposit. They were very quick to collect it. I hope they return it, or I'll report them. I won't be back, and I'll read reviews carefully next time.
The first-floor terrace and pool were worth every penny, and the pool was great. The apartment was clean and seemed ideal for a holiday with kids. But the broken sofa bed wouldn't open, the detergent compartment was broken, and the toilet seat was too small and wobbled. Worst of all, there was dog or cat hair on the sofa and floor, which bothered me because I'm allergic to both. There were dogs in so many places that it was hard to relax. Then at 3:00 AM, someone threw a firecracker onto the terrace and terrified us.
Getting the keys took more than half an hour in line, and the reception wasn't even where the apartments were. We also found out just a few days before our booking that the apartments didn't include bath towels. Small appliances like a coffee maker, hairdryer, or toaster all had to be rented, and there was no dishwasher. One night it took us over an hour to get an apartment door open because nobody had told us that the lock could turn into a position where it wouldn't open. The apartments were dirty in the corners and on the walls, with broken sofas, and their general condition and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
