The pool is nice, the place was clean, and the WiFi was good. It was good value and well located, with useful things supplied like a toaster, iron, coffee maker and hairdryer. You get what you pay for, but the service and facilities are good. I'd stay again. There was no air conditioning, though 26°C was okay, and the mattress felt spongy. I heard a little traffic in the morning. It's not really a UK area, which is only a downside if you wanted UK football commentary for the Euros. Eating out in Gran Canaria was hit and miss for me.

I spent two full months here and had no complaints. The apartments have been modernised, and the residence is close to both the beach and the city centre. They clean every two days. I had a great stay, thanks again.

A €2,000 lens disappeared from my room today. Before going out, I checked the front door and balcony twice, and both were closed. When we returned, the balcony door was open and the lens was gone. I don't want to accuse anyone, but the conclusion seems obvious.

Our belongings were taken from the room, with no sign of a break-in. The hotel staff didn't seem very concerned. Be prepared to lose half a day at the police station, or choose another hotel.

The apartments are small but cozy, and close to the beach, shops, shopping centres and bus stops. The ground-floor terrace gives you direct access to the pool :)
