The room was very basic, and the towels were discoloured and rough, like they were 20 years old. The food hardly changed over the two weeks. We booked all inclusive, but ended up eating out most nights just to get a hot meal. I raised it with the hotel, but they weren't interested. I wouldn't return.

A spacious family room with a big balcony and bathroom, much larger than a typical hotel room. We paid 900 euros for seven days in May, breakfast and dinner included, and the hotel website sometimes has big discounts if you book ahead. For a three-star hotel, it's very good value. Breakfast and dinner were both pretty good, with lots of options.

Getting a choice of nice food and freshly made, high-quality drinks throughout our all-inclusive stay made the break especially enjoyable. Our teenager loved the virgin mojito and Pinacolada. We came for Halloween and had the most relaxing, enjoyable time. The room was cosy for three, with just enough space, and a beautiful view from the terrace. I fell in love with this place, and want to thank everyone who made us feel welcome: Ana from reservation for fixing my booking, David and Oliver, all the restaurant and bar staff, Fatima for the best massage I've ever had, Elisabeth from the spa for her smile and happiness, plus the cleaning ladies and reception staff. If you're looking for something to complain about, you can always find something, but we had a lovely stay. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and spa, both free, with an amazing float pool. Kids can use it from 10 to 12 pm. Pool towels are available with a 9 euro deposit and a 1 euro exchange charge. There are lots of sunbeds around the pool, and on the top floor there's a quieter spot with a jacuzzi for guests over 16 only. It's a ten-minute walk to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the dunes. The airport bus stop is just a few minutes away. I'm already looking forward to coming back in June. Thank you.

The food was a disaster. They served rotten fruit, and the meat smelled so bad I couldn't eat it. I'm overweight and will eat just about anything, but this was far beyond what I could put in my mouth. This was seriously the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The receptionists were grumpy, the bathroom was old, and the floor tiles were broken. For your information, 95% of the guests were over 70. Many smoked, and the elevator smelled like a heavy smoker's apartment. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a child. Such a shame I paid for seven nights.
